Refund Policy

At Motherhood Guidance, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services to support and empower our clients on their journey to motherhood. Due to the nature of our services, we have established a no-refund policy, which is outlined below:

No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any of our coaching programs, sessions, or related services once payment has been made. This policy is in place due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of our coaching services.

Program Commitment
We encourage all clients to fully commit to their coaching program to achieve the best possible outcomes. Our team is dedicated to providing ongoing support and guidance throughout your journey.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
While we do not offer refunds, clients may reschedule their sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time. 

If a session is not rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, it will be assumed as a missed consultation and will not be eligible for rescheduling. Missed consultations will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted in writing, explaining the nature of the exceptional circumstance. Please note that approval of any refund request is at the sole discretion of Motherhood Guidance and is not guaranteed.
